Part 02 – Page 02

From now I won’t include page commentaries in every single page. Most have been quite superfluous anyway and mainly written to fill this space. So, unless there’s something that needs mention or further explanation (or if I feel like commenting something silly) this space will be empty. The time I spent doing that will be now invested transcribing the page. Sorry for this, but it’s all for the greater good!

Ace is inside a house. He has his popgun out, and seems to be looking for something or someone. Some of the furniture is lying on the ground, broken. LISTENER1: Hi, this is Ann, and I'm Shape's biggest voter, and boter (hihi!), ever. I love you, Dio! A couple of electronic eyes stalk from the dark. UBERCASTER: Alright, Ann. What's your take on this? We see part of Ace's body (his bionic arm) from the point of view of the stalker. LISTENER1: Shape robots have always been top quality. And let me tell you, none of my twenty-three robots have ever broke down! The stalking robot rushes towards Ace's arm, grabbing it with its pincers. UBERCASTER: OK, that's very nice. But what about the attacks? Anti-robot activists are hacking more bots than ever and-- The robot is holding Ace's bionic arm, confused. It turned out to not be attacked to Ace's body. LISTENER1: Don't get me started on that bunch of lousy bunglers! They've just been lucky lately, that's all. Shape would never allow a matter as important as security getting out of hand. A popgun is aiming at the robot's head. UBERCASTER: Aaaalright, so nothing to worry about. Let's hear our next listener. And it seems he's using an encrypted ID. Ace shoots his popgun. *KZZZT* LISTENER2: We're not a bunch of lousy bunglers! Ace is attaching his bionic arm again. The robot stands still, deactivated. UBERCASTER: Wait a minute, do you mean you're one of those activists? LISTENER2: Yeah, and we didn't hack any of those robots! That's !
