Robomeks (Witty, Ace and Vincent) are inside the sewers, examining their surroundings. Witty and Vincent have flashlights attached to their popguns. Vincent is examining the screen device attached to his left bracer.
TITLE: CATOLATE
ACE: So, it did appear in Uber.
WITTY: Yep, in one of their data centers.
VINCENT: Damage?
WITTY: Two million people disconnected.
ACE: What... a tragedy.
Witty heads towards one of the tunnels ahead them.
WITTY: Let's go, guys.

I can’t tell if he’s being sarcastic with that “What… a tragedy” line. At first, I though they were just talking about loss of net access. But his facial expression doesn’t look especially joking. And given what we know about the city’s complexity… getting disconnected from the net might be the same as getting disconnected from life support.
That, or he’s just that serious about being able browse webcomics and play online games. I know I am.

Even today there’s people that would see as a tragedy being forced to be offline, so go figure in their world
Anyway, while ubernet is extremely important for a lot of purposes, he’s just exaggerating. Nobody dies due to an offline status. Hopefully.
