The cleaner robot is moving fast. Now passes by in another tunnel ahead of Robomeks.
VINCENT: There!
CLEANER BOT: WAH- WAH- WAAAH!
ACE: Is that robot yelling?
Witty yells.
WITTY: Move out!
The cleaner robot passes by, almost hitting them. Robomeks manage to dodge it. We can see that a boy is holding on to the tail of the robotic worm, and he's actually the one yelling:
SEWER BOY: Wah - wah- waaah!
The sewer boy seems to realize now that Robomeks are there. Witty looks at him, surprised. Sewer boy lets himself go.

…. there is nothing I can add to this comic. The confused expressions in the “Is that robot yelling?” panel pretty much sum it all up.

Well, you can’t say it isn’t shocking, can you?
Hmm. It appears to be a man in tights. And a mask, which is notorious for muffing and distorting whatever’s said. Including screaming, I guess.

Yep. Although he owes his outfit more to Moebius than the Globe Trotters, the latter are the obvious winners ,as I’ve been “forced” to change his color palette. And the yell, it’s not that those sewers are cramming with background noise anyway
