Ace heads through the gigantic Sancturary door. In the huge room ahead he spots the two boys that accompanied Darkstar. They're both on the ground, harmed.
BODYGUARD1: Ung
BODYGUARD2: Ugh
Ace looks up. The big cleaner robot (that looks like a big metal worm) is standing in front of him, menacingly. Ace pulls down his goggles.
ACE: I've seen them bigger.

… Where did Ace pick up such a finely tuned sense of entendre, and is there a police report filed about it? I’d expect that line out of Witty, but it made me snicker. Looks like it might be a relatively short chapter (okay, compared to 01/01, but looking back it was 5x the size of any other), unless this problem is going to lead to the discovery of another one. They seem to have found the likely cause of the other tunnel bot going nutty, after all. Hm!

Ace is the funny guy/action hero, so that line flowed naturally for him. And if we keep our twisted minds in check, he’s actually right, as nothing beats a Titan robot in hugeness. Witty is too busy watching Vincent’s back, and I need her with him anyway.
This part will indeed be shorter than the last one (that’s easy, though). It won’t be the 24 of the original script, obviously, as I’ve reworked the ending (this Sanctuary part is in fact new, as originally this was the one where Edgar was presented) and I also had to adjust the page composition a bit to integrate it better with the previous part. All told, it’ll be around 40 pages long. It still can change as there’s a chance I add or modify things. For instance, I decided to add two pages about Pulsar in response to a comment made by James. The next part, which will be *the* part, will be quite similar in extension to part 01, though.
I actually thought of the Titan bot first, which I guess makes me a geek. But I got the other half of it too so I guess there’s hope for me.

I always wonder how comes that humans here get their ass kicked by machines and there´s no blood. I mean if THAT thing would hit me and i fly into the next room, i wouldn´t only look sick, i would look beaten to a bloody, messy…. something. XP
But considering that alot of kids are also reading this, i can live with less blood.
Also Ace is sure cold-blooded, if you have add a “Meh” or “Pff” he would even sound bored like the machine worm isn´t even worth to get his ass kicked by him. XDDD
